Initial visit felt hopeful. My pup had diarrhea and vomiting, and the team ran tests/labs. We decided not to do X-rays at that time based on the understanding that results would take only a few days, and we left with medications, prescription food, and pending fecal labs. The reason for my 3-star review is the lack of communication and expectation management. During the estimate (17 May), I specifically asked how long results would take and was told a few days. It has now been a full week, and I’m still having to call for updates on the full panel. Had I known results would take this long, I likely would have chosen to do X-rays too during the initial visit as well to rule out other causes. My pup is still sick, and it’s frustrating to feel like I still don’t have the full picture after spending over $1,000 for urgent care. I was told after a few follow-up calls trying to get results that I would receive a call by Saturday, May 23, but never heard from anyone and had to call again that afternoon, only to be told to wait until the doctor returns Sunday, I went back and forth with whoever answered but could only stress to have any doc call with results. I understand that test results can take time, and I appreciate the care my dog received during the visit. But clear communication matters, especially in urgent situations. Setting realistic expectations and following through with updates would make a big difference for worried pet owners. On a positive note, the veterinary technician who helped us during the visit was excellent kind, attentive, and thorough. I really appreciated the care and professionalism shown during the appointment. Update as of 3:25pm 5/23 Doc called to close out tests!!!! Grateful we didn’t have to wait another day (added star) for closing out with our pup and effective communication and concern in the end.

Our Malinois cut his foot jumping into our jeep at 12pm. WWPH was able to squeeze us into an appt at 1:45 AND was done by 2:30pm. With a couple sutures and meds to go home, Blitz was on his way to his recovery as his crackhead self. The staff is amazing too! Happy to have them as our Vet!

We adopted a two year old dog from the local humane society a week ago, and she developed a limp after a long walk. We didn’t have history on our stray but knew that she’s defensive/reactive to other dogs and people if they were physical with her, e.g. picking her up, which one can imagine makes completing a thorough leg exam very difficult. We want to thank Dr. Jette and her vet tech team for trying to coax the dog without meds first, and then using sedation to keep her non-anxious so that our new furbaby would not associate vet visits as a bad experience. We also appreciate Dr. Jette explaining her findings as she moved throughout her exam. A professional’s time is a valuable billable resource, so when a vet spends extra time and care on a flat charge visit to make a dog more comfortable, it really demonstrates the clinic’s dedication to their patients and paw-parents. Mega-mahalo and kudos!

Called the hospital for my dog that needed to be seen for possible euphenasia because of cancer on his heart. The bed side manner over the phone was horrible! My dog is not in a good state and hearing the words "it is what it is" from conversating about his diagnosis at another hospital is not something you wanna straight out hear! So I called back to get that corrected. Nobody wants to hear that when you're already down!

Predatory company. Came in for two shots for a stray, They kept putting off a spay and rescheduling me and never did anything. So I stopped paying their monthly thing. Now I have $1k collection on credit report after receiving and paying for $50 worth of services. Just not right.
