Honestly i'm not one to write reviews but i feel it's important i do. My dog had to get surgery for a fractured tooth, not only was it ridiculously expensive ($1,500) not including the TWO check up appointments they made me do cause "my last check up was too outdated even tho it was only for a fracture that obviously didn't get better... with that extra being $500. with one of their staff members doing the pet exam with a HORRIBLE attitude, and lots of judgment. which i brought to the attention on the doctor. after surgery they couldn't figure out how to get my dogs collar on and asked me to do it. while i'm trying to put my dogs collar on their leash was attached and around my dogs neck. the woman was holding her so tight my dog started coughing and choking (right after surgery mind you) to the point i asked her to please release my dog cause she was choking. lastly i paid about $100 in medication, for them to only give me half the dose she needed, i went in today to grab the rest of her medication to find out i only paid for half even though the bottle recommended 2x the amount i had. i will not be returning, as this was the last straw for me.

Always have great experience here. Adopted a staffy from the Humane Society and they stayed open late to help figure out her stomach issues. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
