I brought my Yorkie, Elsa, to VERC ER and received excellent care from Dr. Burke. After the visit, Dr. Burke called to explain everything clearly and listened to my concerns. Elsa was handled gently, we weren’t rushed, and the team used comforting measures to keep her calm. Follow-up was clear and coordinated with our regular vet. Highly recommend Dr. Burke and VERC ER for kind, professional emergency care.

They were busy and I had to wait quite a while after they took my dog back, but there was only the one vet in the middle of the night. She was very kind and reassuring. She knew right away what was wrong with her. I was terrified but she calmed me and I took her home in a few hours. I would recommend.

My cat has just started insulin, but I visited the emergency room due to hypoglycemia. I was so scared and struggling because I was afraid of losing her, but they are gave me such good first aid, understood my feelings well, and comforted me, which greatly alleviated my mental difficulties. Other people say that place is expensive, so they make it nice to the patients. No, that's wrong. The way they treated the patients and their guardians was sincere. Writing reviews is so annoying, but I definitely have to write this review. Thank you sincerely to all the staff!!!!!!!!
