This vet’s office has always supported our family in taking the best care of our pets - they’ve gone above and beyond to answer our questions and address concerns about our cats’ health, get us appointments in a timely manner (even super last minute, day-of and next-day appointments), and help us save money through clear discussions about appropriate care and service options. We continued to go to this vet after moving to Kailua, despite the extra difference!

Pretty heartbroken right now so this will be a short review. I just had to put my dog and best friend down yesterday due to a mistake made with his healthcare. I understand mistakes happen, but it doesn't help with the grieving process.

VCA Kaneohe has great services. Went in for an emergency and Anson at the front made us sure that we brought our dog to the right place. He was helpful and very caring. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Best on island. Period. They met me and my dog w compassion, knowledge and true desire to have my boy walk out with the best outcome. Not money hungry but hungry to truly help him. I appreciate their professionalism and care more than anything. I’ve been on island 5 years and this is the best care my dogs ever had. He’s my baby and money isn’t the issue, it’s trust in the people caring for him and telling you what he needs. A lot of vet clinics on this island cash grab. These are not those people. These humans are meant to be in this industry. Mahalo Nui Loa to you all

Incompetent and careless pet destroyers. They poisoned my pet out of unnecessary operations under their recommendation. Poor animal can’t talk and suffered to death. Run the other way if you have a healthy pets, or sick pets. Asked to talk to the owner days ago. No one called so far. “I wasn’t the one who did it” was the standard script. They also charged your credit cards unauthorized.
